The PEG 225 winding is housed in a cylindrical aluminium can with a high purity aluminium lid and a high quality rubber gasket.

Film Capacitors, SMR Series, 150°C, Radial Leaded

The SMR Series is a metallized polyphenylene sulfide film capacitor with vacuum-evaporated aluminum electrodes. Radial leads of tinned wire are electrically welded to the contact metal layer on the ends of the capacitor winding. The capacitor is encapsulated in self- extinguishing material meeting the requirements of UL 94 V-0. Typical applications include automotive and other applications with high ambient temperatures.
